Affiliate Agreement Terms

By joining the Nuit Chéri Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms:

Commission & Payment

  • Commission Rate: Earn a 10% commission on the net sales amount (excluding taxes, shipping, and any discounts applied) for purchases made through your unique affiliate link.

  • Payment Schedule: Commissions are calculated monthly and paid out one week after the end of each month to accommodate our 7-day refund period.

  • Payment Methods: Payments are made via bank transfer.

  • Cookie Duration: Benefit from a 30-day cookie window—you'll receive credit for any purchases made within 30 days of a referral clicking your link.

Refunds & Chargebacks

  • Commission Adjustments: Commissions will not be paid on orders that are refunded, canceled, or charged back.

  • Negative Balances: In the event of excessive refunds or chargebacks, this may result in a negative commission balance, which will be deducted from future earnings.

Marketing Guidelines

  • Brand Representation: Affiliates must positively represent Nuit Chéri and align with our brand values of elegance, empowerment, and sophistication.

  • Use of Materials: You'll have access to our promotional materials, or you can create your own content featuring our products.

  • Prohibited Content: The use of spam, misleading links, offensive content, or any form of unethical marketing is strictly prohibited.

  • Discount Codes: Only use authorized discount codes provided by Nuit Chéri. Unauthorized use of discount codes may result in termination of the affiliate partnership.

Termination

  • Right to Terminate: Nuit Chéri reserves the right to terminate any affiliate partnership at its discretion, especially in cases of violation of these terms or any form of misconduct.

  • Notification: Affiliates will be notified via email if their partnership is terminated, along with the reasons for termination.

By applying to the Nuit Chéri Affiliate Program, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will use your information to manage your participation in the program, including tracking referrals and processing payments."

2. Marketing Communications Consent

You agree to receive communications from us related to the Affiliate Program, including newsletters, promotional materials, and updates. You can opt-out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the emails."

3. Electronic Transactions and Signature Consent

You agree to conduct business electronically with Nuit Chéri. This includes accepting terms and receiving communications electronically.
